“The Cradle of American Golf,” Pinehurst was established in the year 1895 and has since become one of the most beloved historic golf locations in the country. it is home to some of the greatest golf courses in the world and The Pinehurst Resort lies at the center of it all. Surrounded by the tall, evergreen pine trees from which the town got its name, The Pinehurst Resort is host to PGA Golf Tournaments, corporate events hosted by some of the largest companies in the world, and unique southern weddings.
Live acoustic entertainment featuring two acoustic guitars and voices singing in harmony can bring an authentic, elegant southern feeling to your rehearsal dinner or wedding reception at The Pinehurst Resort, country club or wedding venue. Melonbelly shows feature intricate guitar playing, vocal harmony, harmonica and percussion to everyoone’s favorite music from early country, bluegrass, Motown and beach music, to blues, classic rock, and current acoustic hits. AND, if you are looking to pump up the party with dance music and Top 40, we provide a full DJ service at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! We will announce the wedding party, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, and exit and we will work with you and/or your event planner to make sure everything runs smoothly according to your itinerary.
